fz333 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Policies for All Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and fz333 ("fz333", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the fz333 website located at fz333.bet and all services, games, betting markets and features available through it.

To register and use fz333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fz333 is strictly an adult platform. Registering under the minimum age is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing fz333 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on fz333's self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded by fz333 for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating as a commercial betting intermediary without fz333's explicit written permission.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use fz333.

When you register with fz333, you are creating a single personal account tied to your identity. The following rules govern how your account operates:

• Each player may hold only one active fz333 account. If fz333 discovers that you have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds will be voided, and net winnings derived from prohibited duplicate accounts may be withheld.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering. fz333 reserves the right to verify this information at any point. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access details confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. fz333 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact fz333 support at support@fz333.bet immediately.
• fz333 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any credits in it to another person.

fz333 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• The minimum deposit amount at fz333 is Rs 500. There is no stated standard maximum, though individual payment methods may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. fz333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a source not belonging to the registered player, it may be returned and the account reviewed.
• fz333 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account provider for their applicable fees.
• In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to payment processor issues. If a deposit does not appear in your fz333 account within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.
• fz333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.

fz333 processes withdrawal requests quickly. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank IBFT are completed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at fz333 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to an account held in your own name. fz333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, fz333 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and a selfie. This is a standard requirement for player protection and anti-fraud compliance — not a barrier to accessing your funds.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• fz333 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. Players will be notified if this is required and the process will be completed as quickly as possible.
• fz333 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing times depend partly on the payment provider used — Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically fastest.

The following rules apply to all bets placed through fz333, including PSL betting, cricket, other sports and any in-play markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be renegotiated regardless of any subsequent market movement.
• The minimum single bet at fz333 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are shown in the betting interface at the time of placement.
• fz333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted based on the best available live data. fz333 will not be held liable for bets placed based on information from unofficial sources that differs from the official match result.
• If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period specified for that market (typically 20 overs for PSL matches), fz333 will void the affected bets and return stakes.
• In the case of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result, match winner markets are settled on the official DLS result. Other markets may be settled or voided according to fz333's market-specific rules.
• Match results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL). fz333 does not settle on unofficial or preliminary results.
• fz333 maintains the right to limit the maximum payout on any single event or accumulator. Players will be notified of applicable limits before confirming a bet.

fz333 offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Welcome bonuses at fz333 are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds are credited to your fz333 account separately from real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for fz333 bonuses is 30× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 150,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.

• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

fz333 offers a range of casino games including the Aviator crash game, Baccarat, card games and Ludo-style games. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:

• All crash games including Aviator use a Provably Fair algorithm. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic combination of a server seed (hashed and published before the round) and a client seed. Neither fz333 nor the player can alter the outcome of a round once the server seed hash has been published.
• Players may verify the fairness of any Aviator round after it completes using the round history and hash information available in the game interface. fz333 encourages this transparency.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round — including connection drops, server errors or client-side crashes — are governed by fz333's malfunction policy. Bets caught in a malfunction are typically voided and the stake returned. fz333's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
• Game rules specific to Baccarat, card games and other casino titles are published within the game interface. By participating in any game at fz333, you confirm you have read and understood those rules.
• fz333 does not allow bet hedging strategies that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple simultaneous accounts or with the involvement of third parties. Such behaviour is considered abuse and will result in account action.

fz333 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a full set of player protection tools that are available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session length after which fz333 will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing at regular intervals.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using fz333. Violations will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on fz333, whether under the same name, different names or on behalf of others.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts or any automated tool to interact with fz333 services in place of or alongside manual play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions or odds errors to generate guaranteed or disproportionate profits.
• Placing bets using funds that originate from illegal activity or using fz333 for the purposes of money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate match outcomes, game results or the integrity of any market offered by fz333.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of fz333's systems without authorisation.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied by fz333.
• Any conduct that fz333 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening or harmful toward staff, other players or the platform itself.

fz333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. Specifically:

• Accounts may be suspended with immediate effect and without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. During suspension, the account balance is frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
• Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, fz333 may close the account, void pending bets and forfeit any bonus balance. Real-money deposits may be returned at fz333's discretion, minus any amounts required to offset losses caused by the breach.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting fz333 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly and any eligible remaining balance is returned through the player's registered withdrawal method.
• fz333's determination regarding account action is final. However, players may submit a formal dispute via email to support@fz333.bet if they believe an action was taken in error.

fz333 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While fz333 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, accuracy of odds and smooth game performance, the following limitations apply:

• fz333 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or network problems that are outside fz333's control.
• fz333 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses — including loss of anticipated profits — arising from the use of or inability to use fz333.
• fz333's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Scheduled maintenance and platform downtime will be communicated in advance where possible. fz333 is not liable for bets that could not be placed or modified due to planned or unplanned maintenance windows.
• Information published on fz333, including match previews, tips or statistics, is provided for general interest only and does not constitute advice. fz333 is not responsible for decisions made based on this content.

fz333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering with fz333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: fz333 collects data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify identity and comply with legal obligations. fz333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as required by applicable regulations and fz333's internal policies.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections or, in certain circumstances, request deletion of their data. Contact support@fz333.bet with any data-related requests.

fz333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that substantially affect player rights, fz333 will also notify active players via email or an on-site notification.

Continued use of fz333 after a change to these Terms is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using fz333 and may request account closure.
